PACS Dev. Cell
Bank has established Pacs development cell (PDC) with the help and guidance of NABARD. As the name itself signifies that PDC is established for the development of Primary Agriculture Credit Socil (PACS). Two pessons are working in the cell. The main role of PDC in to undertake capacity building and strengthing of PACS. PDC is working very closely with PACS. They are engaged with following activities
  • Preparation of development plan of PACS.
  • Preparation of SWOT matrix.
  • Environment analysis for business development.
  • Conducting Training Programs
  • Promoting Microfinance and Financial Inclusion
  • Profit Planning of PACS
  • New project for PACS and there establishment
  • Helping PACS to maintain accounting clear and error proof.
